Party like it's 1999!

Ben is currently in Warrensburg, MO filling up his Civic for $2.01/gallon. For the Canucks, that's not much over $0.50/litre (in US$ admittedly, but even with the crappy exchange rate, it's only about $0.60/litre!!!).
