Virgin Mobile has just confirmed with Ben that they do NOT require 5 business days to release a cell phone number. In fact, once the request is received, the number is immediately released.
Yet Rogers has told us over and over again that Virgin won't release the number for "x" number of days where "x" is variable depending on the representative's response.
Ben spent 1 hour, 19 minutes and 37 seconds on the phone with Rogers last night. Maybe we should consider invoicing them at our hourly rate.
