Anna was up every hour last night, and then some. It took from 6:45 until 9:15 to get her down to sleep tonight. She alternates between grinning and being chatty/social to crying hysterically. It's almost comical to watch. That said, tonight she was fed, clean, dry and tired but refusing to go to sleep.
I've concluded that she simply wants to be held all night long. At least there's nothing wrong with her...
